How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → FunPixel → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current period.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

Photos are uploaded only for the duration of processing and are automatically deleted within 48 hours. We never share them with third parties beyond the AI vendor performing the edit.

Why does processing fail sometimes?

Our AI providers occasionally rate-limit requests or block sensitive content. The app retries automatically; if it persists, please email support.
